We will purchase your equipment and/or material for your project.  We will take care of the purchase order, shipping to rigger, tracking, tagging, procurement process and scheduling of delivery to the job site or pick up from your company. This would include photo documentation at the riggers yard and transmittal to sign upon delivery to final location.

Managing the HVAC portion of a project from start to finish including procurement, award to subs/vendors, scheduling with the GC, site meetings, change orders, change document tracking, site walkthroughs, financial tracking, closeout, punch list and monthly reports.

We can assist with other trades or project management on the general contracting or owner side of the project as well.

We can assist with administrative document control from many different aspects of a project.  

We can manage your vacation rental from managing the rental sites to hiring the subcontractors required for the property.  We manage the rental site daily to personally provide messages to guests and update pricing when needed through full review of the area.  When there are damages from guests we will price them up, evaluate the cost and submit them to the respected site.  We can pay the monthly utility bills and bill this monthly or bi-monthly depending on your contract.

We will design the vacation or lease rental to accommodate the area being used, with the esthetic look you are expecting for your guests but at a realistic cost.  We utilize the space to get your full income potential out of the property.  We take care of the purchasing and shipping and everything is billed weekly/monthly depending on the contract

We can manage any property from a small condo to 10+ unit buildings.  We offer many different services including: lease contract management, rent collection, hiring of subcontractors for repair, renovation review/management, interior design, furnished set-up, monthly walk-throughs and more!
